Correct Operators for Screener Questions Status Field

We fixed an issue where the Screener Questions Status job field appeared as an integer-based dropdown (Greater Than, Less Than, Equal To, Not Equal To) in Search/List Criteria instead of showing its correct “is / is not” operator. The field now displays as a standard dropdown with the proper “is / is not” options and reflects the configured ATS values such as “Not Ready” and “Deploy Screener.”
